The finish product for the veggie and fruit delight



While making this i came across one problem and that was the fact that there was a whole in the middel of the apple. To fix it i ended up stuffing the bottom of it with veggies to clear up the hole because i ran out of apples. After that, the process was pretty much smooth saling. I wrote out the direction before i made it and then i followed them to see if they worked. The taste is good. the honey blends. In some parts it is a little to sweet. The people who liked it were the health nuts so mainly people who were interested in eating something healthy that was sweet. Because i did many of my test while i was at home, my family had to taste it. No photos were tooken because it is against our religion to do so. Instead of taking pictures i wrote about the sucessful parts and the bad parts which was just the fact that some of the apples had holes in them after carving.

Water based with a touch of goodness




Cucumbers are a veggie that is mainly water based. Very good for your skin and the rest of your body. So is peanut butter. Have you ever had water with a tab of sweet protein and fruit? Here is you chance to try it out.
You will need for this project:
Whole sliced cucumbers
natural peanut butter
Take one cucumber and slice it whole. Next out a layer of peanut butter on top and add cranberries for an additional taste.
How do you eat it?
There are two ways!
You could either take each thing off at a time starting with the cranberry, then lick the peanut butter off and finish it by eating the cucumber. The other way to eat it is to put it in your mouth whole and let the flavor sink in and then chew.
The problems i had while doing this was that the cucumber was so water based that everytime i put the peanutbutter on it, my hands got wet from the water. I recomment that instead of frezzing it, you should let it dry out and then put the peanut butter on.
Sweet tomatoes






There was once a tomato, who did not know that she was a fruit because she was not sweet. Until one day when she went to a party and the apple and the honey whispered in her ear, guess what? you're a fruit.
Did you know that tomatoes are actually fruit, but are placed with the veggies at the market? For one day, the tomato can become a fruit that she always knew she was. or a sweet bite, whichever you prefer.
You will need:
One tomato
Cream honey
Walnuts
Take one slice of a tomato and one spoon full of honey and evenly spread it on the top. Note: you should only add a small amount of honey if the tomato is a smaller size. You can also add cranberries if you want to give it an extra taste.
How do you eat it?
Swallow whole for the full flavor.
Make sure that each tomato is whole and that there are no holes in it. When i first started this project i did not do that and everything fell through. its a shame i could not get that picture. That would have been great to look at now that its over!
Another problem that i had was that every time i put the honey on the tomato my hands would get wet. I had to wash my hands and apply the honey on the tomato without using the knife
Meat Eat a Trail








Meat is considered a protein but it is never caught in the same department and the nuts. For this project i wanted to get away from the fact that meats are suppose to be with meats and mix it with everything else that has protein in it. Why not have the meats associated with the nuts? They are all protein right? and Plus if you miss a meal you will be getting your fruits and protein, all in a couple of bites. YUM!!!!
For this you will need:
Walnuts
cranberries
chocolate
cheerios
prezels
grapes
In order for it to be a trial mix, you will need to cut everything up in small chunks in any way you please. As you pour it in, you will need to stir so it can get evenly mixed and enjoy!!!
How to eat?
Take your hand and grap a hand full. Tilt your head back and chew!!!
This was the easiest to make. If the directions are followed everything will go right. I found that most people liked this better than most of the things i made. I was easy to eat and not too messy.
Free Standing Bananing




This was thought of because, there are not enough fresh messy free fruit stacks that entice children without the crazy amounts of sugar. All the things i use to make this free standing banana are natural. Here are the things i am using:
Cheerios
Four slices of bananas
creamed honey
cranberries
To make this,all you have to do is spread out the bananas on a plate. Spread the honey on the bananas. Next you should add the cranberries and Cheerios. On top of the Cheerios, add another layer of honey and put another banana on top. Repeat the step and make it as high as you want! Very simple, basic but healthy.
How to eat it?
There are two ways You could peel each banana off as you go, or you could tilt your head back and swallow it whole. Note that it is very important that you follow the steps correctly when you eat this in order to get the full flavor.
